The challenge that Elisava proposed us was to help primary health care (CAP) from the indus- trial design engineering. That is, to detect their needs and develop a medical device, product or tool that solves one of the needs found.
This challenge looks for a winning and inno- vative idea which can be built in physical form with credibility and mechanical foundation.
The project is a collaboration with the Col-legi Oficial de Metges de Barcelona (CoMB), an institution founded in 1894, created to defend the collective interests of the medical profes- sion and, at the same time, to watch over the good practice of medicine and the rights of the people. The doctors of this institution will explain their main needs and what they expect from this collaboration.
